Project - Complete digital ecosystem for sports club management

Overview

Originally launched in 2014, the Klubovi platform needed a complete modernization to meet today's standards. We undertook a total redesign in 2023 to create a tool that makes leading a club faster, more efficient, and hassle-free.

The goal was to allow club owners to focus on what matters—development and sports—while leaving the administration to us. By digitizing processes, the application reduces administrative time, accelerates payments, and minimizes stress for everyone involved.

Key Features

The platform is divided into a Flutter Web application for administration and mobile applications for members:

1. Membership & Cost Management: Simplified management with automatic calculation and billing. Supports sending bills via email with 2D barcodes and print options.
2. Financial Tracking: Monitors member debts, sends automated notifications, and provides detailed collection reports. Automates bank statement validation for real-time financial oversight.
3. Digital Enrollment: A fully digital process for new member applications, selection, and automated email communication.
4. Attendance & Activity Tracking: Records attendance for trainings and competitions in clicks, generating detailed participation reports.
5. Secure Document Storage: A centralized, secure digital vault for contracts, medical records, and GDPR-sensitive data.
6. Performance Tracking: Logs athlete progress (e.g., sprints, push-ups) in real-time with exportable reports.
7. Member & Parent App: A dedicated mobile channel for schedules, financial insight, progress tracking, and transparency for parents.

Technology Stack

The solution features a Flutter Web administrative dashboard and Flutter mobile apps (iOS & Android) sharing a single codebase. The backend is powered by ASP.NET Core with PostgreSQL for data and Redis for caching.
